Who is AI.SAC.SI.SCO Onlus?
AI.SAC.SI.SCO Onlus International Association was founded in November 2009, when a group of patients, who underwent surgery with Dr. Royo Salvador, met at an event organized by the Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Foundation (CSSf). They decided to help other people affected by Arnold-Chiari Syndrome Type I, Idiopathic Syringomyelia and Idiopathic Scoliosis and their families.
The collaboration among the Institute, the Foundation and the Association
Since then, the Institut Chiari & Siringomielia & Escoliosis de Barcelona (ICSEB), the CSSf and AI.SAC.SI.SCO started a close collaboration. Their purpose is to spread knowledge on the new concept of Filum Disease and provide all necessary information for everyone to access the Filum System® excellence and treatments.
In 2019, on the occasion of the Association’s 10th anniversary, AI.SAC.SI.SCO and ICSEB sign a collaboration agreement, which allows its members to benefit from special conditions in the services offered by the Institute to its patients.
