On January 18th, neurosurgeon Dr. Horia Salca, in representation ICSEB’s medical team, followed the invitation of the Dutch organisation Panta Rhei Opleidingen Osteopathie to participate as a speaker in the international congress Fascia@Sea to share Dr Royo-Salvador’s deep knowledge and findings regarding the Filum terminale and the attached consequences with an audience of professionals with an interest in the topic.
