We would like to express its most sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all those, persons and entities, who attended and participated in the VII Meeting “Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Foundation” for patients. Bari. Italy. VII Reunión “Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Foundation” para pacientes. Bari. Italia. that was held this past 16 February 2013 and particulary to all those persons and entities, private as well as public, who helped and co-operated with the project, the preparation and organisation of this meeting, and contributed to it being a great success and the high degree of dissemination that we have achieved all together.
