It manifests itself in somewhat more than 10% of the world population, and the majority of patients and doctores are not aware of it.

Published by ICSEB at 31 October, 2012 On 25 October 2012, we have operated by means of the sectioning of the filum terminale applying the Filum System® our first patient suffering Arnold Chiari I syndrome, Syringomyelia and Scoliosis from Bulgaria. Until now we have operated patients from 32 different countries.
