Pre-operative gait assessment Date of filming: 29.06.15 The patient shows a loss of strength and neurogenic claudication after approximately 100 meters. Her gait is altered and insecure. The patient needs to rely on the help of a walking stick in her usual activities since one month.

Assessment one year after the Sectioning of the Filum Terminale. Date of filming: 07.09.16 The gait is normalised, the movements are more secure and faster.
